In addition to the core 18 players, any alternates who were either named to at least one starting line-up or a match day roster also received a medal. Two alternates were not utilized during the tournament: Goalkeeper Jane Campbell and midfielder Hal Hirshfelt.

Of the core players, only back-up goalkeeper Casey Murphy and midfielder/forward Jaedyn Shaw did not see any on-field minutes during the tournament.

Of the alternates who earned medals, forward Croix Bethune was a substitute for 3 matches and saw 11 official minutes of action against Australia, while Emily Sams was a substitute for 2 matches, but did not appear in either of those matches. (Cumulative Statistics report, PDF)
