NWSL: 2024 Playoffs Schedule with USA TV and Streaming Details

The 2024 regular season of the National Women’s Soccer League has come to close, with the Orlando Pride claiming the NWSL Shield as the top team of the league table, but eight teams are still in the hunt for the NWSL Championship trophy.

The 2024 NWSL playoffs officially get underway on Friday, November 8th, and continue through to the Championship match on Saturday, November 23rd.

In the United States, six of the seven playoff matches will be broadcast live on CBS or ABC. Only one match, the November 8th quarterfinal between the Orlando Pride and the Chicago Red Stars, will be shown solely on a paid streaming service.

This post was updated after the quarterfinals and semifinals.

Where to Watch

In the United States, broadcast and streaming rights for the NWSL playoffs are shared by CBS, ABC/ESPN, and Amazon’s Prime Video.

TV Channels

Of the seven playoff matches, only one will not be broadcast on an over-the-air television channel. The lone exception is the quarterfinal match between #1 seed Orlando Pride and #8 seed Chicago Red Stars, which will be streamed on Amazon’s Prime Video. All other matches will be shown live on either ABC or CBS.

Streaming

The matches on CBS can also be streamed live on Paramount+, but only with the “Paramount+ with Showtime” subscription (P+ help page).

For the matches shown on ABC, those can also be streamed live via ESPN+, which is a standalone streaming service from ESPN. ESPN+ will have both English-language and Spanish-language streams for those matches.

Spanish-Language Coverage

All but one of the ABC matches will be shown live with Spanish-language commentary on the ESPN Deportes channel and streamed live via ESPN+. The exception is the the Gotham-Thorns quarterfinal on Sunday, November 10th, which will only be shown live via ESPN+. That match will air tape-delayed on ESPN Deportes at 8:00 p.m. Eastern.
