Extra Notes:
Sullivan is listed as a midfielder on the US Soccer roster, as well as her club team roster. Bit, she is described as a forward in two US Soccer press releases (Germany, 2012; France U-19 2012), and has generally been listed in one of the forward spots in match line-ups by US Soccer. Thus, I am listing her as a forward.
Sullivan did not play in the two scrimmages during the April camp for which rosters are available (UC Irvine, China U-20 WNT). Based on that, I have moved Sullivan from a probable starter to a probable substitute. Conversely, Purce did get two starts in those matches, so she gas been bumped up to a probable starter.
