Germany, It’s Been a While

The USWNT and Germany last faced each other over 700 days ago, during the 2018 SheBelieves Cup, on March 1st of that year.  This current streak is the fifth-longest stretch without a match between the USWNT and Germany (including West Germany).  The longest stretch is 1007 days (26 January 2007 to 29 October 2009).  If the USWNT and Germany do play on June 6th, the current streak will be the third-longest, at 828 days.
